Bookings and Payment

  • Immediate payment is required in full before the date of your training

  • A client who makes immediate payment in full to confirm their booking will be given booking priority over a client who is yet to pay to confirm their booking

  • Payment is to be made via direct deposit or credit card only

  • If you cancel your course you will be refunded the full amount minus a $300 administration and training room fee per two day course and a $150 administration and training room fee per one day course

  • You can postpone your course for free as long as you give 14 days notice

  • Any course postponed within 14 days will result in a $150 administration fee

  • Postponement fees are to be paid in full before you attend your course

  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided to a student who fails to attend their course without prior notice

  • You can not swap courses on the day of your course or after attending for a period of time

  • All the required information for you to decide which course is right for you is on our website. It is your sole responsibility to choose the course that you know is right for you.

  • Interest may be charged on invoice amounts outstanding more that 30 days at 6.75% p.a. This rate is subject to change without notice. The interest rate is the "Cash Rate Target" specified by the Reserve Bank of Australia, increased by 2%. The "Cash Rate Target" can be accessed at the Reserve Bank's website: www.rba.gov.au, found under the caption "Statistics".

Course Documentation and After Course Support


On completion of your course you will receive online documentation and resources to help you stay on track after the course, you will also be eligible for free email and phone support, to aid you in the development of your new skills. There are a few conditions you need to be aware of:

  • We make no guarantee that course documentation will be provided in hard copy format, however all resources will always be available online at resources.html

  • We make no guarantee that we will be able to respond to your support questions immediately. We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible and this is usually the case, however at times we are extremely busy and a reply at times can take a few days.

  • We are happy to help you with your software application usability questions based on the things learned in class, however we do not help with live workflow situations when you return to work.

  • We take no responsibility for the failure to properly apply knowledge learnt in class or given in support responses

  • After course support is limited to the student who attended training only

  • After course support expires three months from attendance date

  • Any client who receives a discounted rate off the normal advertised course price forfeits their right to resit their course again in the future

Internet Policy

  • Internet is usually provided in our training rooms, however we make no promise that you will be able to gain internet access on your particular training day.

  • When internet facilities are available you will only be permitted to access the internet in break times and not during class time unless at the trainers request.

  • Only general internet use such as internet browsing and email will be permitted in break time. At no stage will you be permitted to download video, music, software or any other large file over 6mb

Resit Any Course Again Policy


You will permitted to resit your course under the following conditions:

  • You must resit the exact same course for the same version of software

  • A full paying client has priority over a person wanting to resit a course

  • Your attendance will be confirmed the day before the course is scheduled to run

  • If there are no bookings for a particular course any person wanting to attend a course resit will need to wait until that course is confirmed to go ahead

  • The ability to resit your course expires six months from original attendance date

If after attending the first half day of training, you do not feel that you've received tools and techniques that will improve your productivity and efficiency, turn in any course documentation and materials and we will send you a full refund for the course.


You must notifiy your trainer before 12:00pm on the first day of your training course to be entitled to our no risk - money back guarantee.


All training course content will be delivered in the order in which it appears on each product page outlined on our website. This offer is not an opportunity for a person/s to come to our training courses and abuse our generosity by seeking to find answers to individual specific questions and content that is not covered in the course, no refund will be given to such a person.


This No Risk - Money Back Guarantee applies to our scheduled public courses only, it does not apply to Onsite or custom training packages.


Other Things You Need to Know

  • Our training times and break durations can change based on the trainers discretion and size of the class.

  • Our trainers need a Lamb Roll and a can of Coke too, and during break times may not be available for questions and support
